Why, exactly, does Tricare need a twitter account?
The Facebook page is bad enough. But twitter? Really? You couldn't spend that money on a slightly better phone system?

That must explain why it took so long for them to give us an authorization number for our last referral.
As retirees on Prime, I sometimes feel like the lowest rung on the ladder :) Standard would probably be better, but we have one kiddo with monthly specialist visits, and this is the lowest out of pocket for the 5 of us. Once I actually got to TALK to someone, they were helpful and happy and all good things. It was the GETTING to a real, live person that was a bit tricky.
