The beach...love the beach.
We just got back from a quick trip to the beach. I love the beach, and think that if I don't stick my foot in the ocean once a year I don't feel...right.
It was wonderful.
Part of my struggle lately - I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing...both in work and in church. I'm letting go of a ministry area that I've been in for 20 years. And work went from same old same old to a brand new project that will be very challenging for me.
Very first world...and very minor compared to some of the struggles others are facing.
But, you know, a struggle all the same.

I hadn't been to the ocean in 2 years (finally got there last month) so I can relate to the need to dip toes in the surf and sand. As for changes in life and work, trying to figure out "what now?" -- I am struggling with some of those same things.
Just know that you are not alone.
hello! i found you on wouldacoulda. is your hubby a helicopter pilot! victoria
Miss the beach. Miss looking good in a bathing suit. Had a chemical peel last week to "honor" all the lovely sun damage to my face over the years. And yet...I think the beach could call my name next summer and I would answer anyway.
